How to hand-rear parrots
Versatile porridge formula, indicated for manually raising those common parrot species that do not necessarily require specific diets. It has been specially designed for use in multi-species collections, where it is difficult to operate with multiple specific formulas.
It contains high oleic oil, stable and suitable for your needs. It also contains papaya, which promotes digestive transit.
It is a follow-on porridge, so it is not appropriate to provide it before the 2nd week of life. In younger animals, it is essential to use early-age baby food such as Crop milk for granivorous psittacines(in newborns) or the Porridge Neonatal for granivorous psittacines (depending on the age of the chick).
It is advisable to prepare the porridge with warm water and with an approximate solids concentration of 25%. We recommend giving it to the chick using soft probe.
During emancipation it will be gradually replaced by Omega or High Protein Breeding.
