Its very high nutrient concentration (45% crude protein and 42% crude fat) also makes it suitable for hand-rearing all types of granivorous nesting birds from hatching to 5-8 days of age. It allows chicks to grow from day one at the same rate as if they were reared by good parents.
Due to its composition, it is also indicated for the recovery of malnourished subjects.
